Jean Cooper (a.k.a. Jeanie)
Founder & Owner
Jeanie first got started in the events business as a teenager, working as her father’s assistant on his various travels. He was an entrepreneur with several businesses, her favorite being an international travel business. At a young age she learned everything from creating itineraries, to planning and executing exciting travel events, and along the way negotiating the best accommodation packages as well as obtaining travel visas from embassies and chasing down lost or delayed luggage - you name it, she did it!Jeanie's travel experience and coordinating skills accompanied her into adulthood which led her to have notable careers in Marketing, Sales, Animation Production, Public Relations, and Fundraising, both here in Los Angeles and internationally. Her work included event planning and execution, all the way from intimate VIP gatherings to large-scale fundraising events. She is adept at working with you to design your vision and will coordinate all details from logistics to budgeting to scheduling, leaving you free to just ENJOY your special day. She is bilingual and creative, both artistically and in business, and will work with you and your budget to get the absolute best results.Her proudest creation is her family. She is a loving Mama to creative daughter, wife to her personal comedian and musician husband, and cuddler to tenacious cat named Piewacket. When not creating events, you will find her with family and friends or spending alone time on a glorious hike in the hills near her home.She is an organizer, foodie, hiker, music lover, film connoisseur, traveler, museum venturer, reader, mindfulness practitioner, and lounger.Please don't hesitate to reach out. Natasha Kopp (a.k.a. Niki)
Event Planner & Coordinator
Natasha is a California native and grew up in an entertainment business family. She loves to volunteer and help others bring their creative ideas to life. She got started with events early in her high school years.The majority of her career has been spent in animation production. She is used to juggling a demanding fast paced environment and wrangling unicorns. The past few years she has collaborated on events for a primetime animated series. She planned the movie premiere, series season launch parties, crew celebrations, and trade show networking events.In her spare time, Natasha enjoys family time with her life partner and their cat. She is also a competitive swimmer, enjoys quilting, and traveling around the world.
Jeannette Namkung
Event Planner & Coordinator
Jeannette was born in Tokyo, Japan to a Korean father and a Japanese mother. Having lived in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Japan as a child she is fluent in Japanese, French and English. Her family immigrated to the U.S. when she was seventeen. As the eldest in her family, she was always the first to learn the lay of the land in all the countries and assisted her parents in communicating with the children’s schools.She had parallel careers throughout her life, language interpreter in French, Japanese and English and outside sales in fashion and beauty. She was very active in her two children’s school PTA, setting up multiple events and fundraisers throughout their school years. She recently coordinated and planned the late Saul Mandel’s solo art exhibit in the New York City Illustrators Museum.She feels very blessed in life and loves to be of service. Quick to smile and sensitive to people’s needs, she enjoys being creative. When she is home, you will find her knitting, crocheting, making jewelry, pottery, and greeting cards of collages using Japanese handmade paper.

Jeanie & Co. thoroughly and thoughtfully handled every detail of our "Goodbye to L.A." party for about 100 of our friends.
I gave Jeanie and her team free rein to plan because I wanted to be surprised by what she came up with. What FUN!
We had a blast at our party and so did our friends. We loved every moment that Jeanie had in store for us, including an incredible charcuterie board, a house decorated with balloons and roses, a great bartender, a delightful photo booth and a talented palm reader.

We have three Wedding packages for you to choose from
Before you choose a package, we’d love to offer you a one hour complimentary “Meet and Greet” via Zoom. That way we can answer all your questions so you feel confident we will curate an unforgettable Wedding Day for you and your guests.
Day/Month of Coordination Package
You have planned every detail for months, and now you would like to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to and on your Wedding Day. We’d love to be your “Month/Day Of” professional Wedding Coordinator! We’ll make sure all the t’s are crossed; and i’s are dotted to make sure your special day runs wonderfully smoothly.
Pre-Wedding Coordination
• Jeanie will meet with you via Zoom or near your venue for you to pass all your Wedding planning over to her. From there on out she will coordinate with your venue and vendors with/for you.
• Jeanie will make an appointment with you and your venue to do a walk-through, to gain knowledge of everything you and the venue have discussed and planned.
• Month of checklist management
• Venue and vendor tipping coaching
• 8 weeks before the event date. We will have a meeting specifically dedicated to the In-depth Wedding Day timeline and logistics schedule. (Timeline and schedule will include everything and in-between; from hair/make up start time, when to eat a light snack before everything gets started, full Wedding party photo schedule, vendor arrival, load-in, setup, full ceremony and reception schedule, last call, last dance, clean up, load-out, etc.)
Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
• Up to 1 Hour Rehearsal Coordination at ceremony location. Plus meet for 30 minutes to finalize any last details for the day of (Additional hours $55/hr.)
Wedding Day
• Jeanie & one Coordinator for up to 150 guests - Up to 10 hours of Complete day of Wedding and reception coordination. Fully coordinated execution with venue, vendors, Wedding party, décor setup, ceremony, and reception schedule, strike down, etc. (Additional hours $100/hr.)
• Jeanie will serve as your Personal Wedding Assistant on your Wedding Day
• Use of Wedding Day emergency kit
• Provide set-up time snacks for vendors and Wedding party at our cost
• Assist all venue and vendors with questions or concerns before the Wedding Day and on the day
• Ensure venue and vendors provide contracted services before the day and on the day
• Distribute vendor final payments and gratuities
Investment Starting at: $1,000 to $1,500
Prices include Jeanie and one coordinator for up to 150 guests on the day of.
Guest counts over 150 will require additional assistants for an extra fee. (Additional assistants $45/hr.)
Traveling fee applies to the following areas:
San Diego County/Orange County/Riverside County/Ventura County. ($100 per visit)
Destination Wedding: Cover all travel, food, and accommodations to and from the destination for Jeanie and assistant coordinator(s) per visit.
Payment Plan: 25% deposit will be required to secure your date
25% three months into planning

The date, venue, general design, and a portion of the vendor bookings and other details are set, however you would love to have a professional Wedding Planner help with everything else. That way the only thing you will have to think about on the day is remembering your vows and having a great time! We would be thrilled to pick up from where you left off and provide you with professional Wedding Planning assistance to make sure your big day is absolutely beautiful, and everything runs smoothly.

• Jeanie will meet with you via Zoom or near your venue for you to pass all your Wedding planning over to her. From there on out she will coordinate with your venue and vendors with/for you.
